Home Visitation

Home Visitation provides in-home support to families and caregivers with children ranging from prenatal to 6 years of age. This program focuses on building healthy and positive parent child relationships by supporting early child growth and development.

Family Support/Diversion Services

The Family Support Worker provides support to families of children/youth aged 7 – 18 years of age. The Family Support Program will provide a continuum of services within both the home and community, with an aim to effectively support, strengthen, and preserve families through a client centered approach that encompasses the existing strengths and resiliency of the family.

Circle of Security

This program is offered to parents and caregivers of children 0 to 18 years of age.  Circle of Security assists parents and caregivers in looking beyond a child’s behavior and focuses on the relationships that support children to feel secure in the world. The program consists of one weekly session for 8 weeks.
